Paté di Tartufo Nero
Truffle products owe their excellence entirely to nature and its seasons. Black truffle sauces provide not only an explosion of flavor that can enrich dishes, but also a sophisticated quality to the table itself. From the Virgini family's passion for this gift of the Umbrian land, exceptional products are born that lend vast, unparalleled taste to the menu. Sauces with summer truffles are perfect on crostini and gourmet bruschetta, as appetizers and side dishes to delight the palate of guests and diners alike.
A 100% Chardonnay wine, made in cellars with a long historical tradition. It features abundant foam and fairly numerous and lively bubbles, with a fragrant scent evocative of bread crust, accompanied by a fresh and sour taste. The Brut type rests for a minimum of 18 months in the cellar where the temperature is constantly monitored. It comes out no earlier than 24-30 months.
Super Tuscan zona Sassicaia
From grapes consisting of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Alicante, carefully selected in the vineyard based on each season’s quality. At the sensory level, it is an intense ruby red wine with fruity aromas of blackberry and blueberry complemented by a pleasant, enveloping vanilla sensation. In the glass, the aromas of tobacco, chocolate and coffee combine into a persistent and complex character.
Sagrantino di Montefalco
A wine characterized by its intense ruby red color and garnet reflections, with a fruity perfume containing hints of spices and vanilla, harmonious and full-bodied. It comes from a particular vineyard named "Vigna Della Cima" located atop a hill about 400 meters above sea level, adjacent to the cellar it’s made in. It goes perfectly with red meat, game, and cheese.
Profano rosato umbro del 2018
For lovers of rosé, an excellent Umbrian: the Profano Rosè di Sagrantino, vinified in white and cold-extracted. Grown for centuries on the slopes of the Umbrian hills, this wine was beloved by Popes and governors during the Renaissance. It has a pleasant tannicity and the delicate gustatory and olfactory characteristics typical of Sagrantino. It can be accompanied with roasts, spicy cheeses and sweet baked products.
Olio extra vergine di Oliva
An Umbrian oil from the historic Filippi oil mill in Giano: the mill’s deep traditions result in a multi-sensory product that can be experienced on the nose, on the palate, and on sight. Ideal on bruschetta, croutons, grilled vegetables, pinzimonio, Florentine red meat from Chianina, and aged cheeses.
